Sunny Sesame Pate
2 cups soaked + germinated sunflower seeds
2 cups soaked sesame seeds (unhulled)
1 small piece onion
1/2 lemon, peeled and seeded
1/2 tsp. tamari (gluten free if desired)
1 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
4 dark green leaves (such as collards, kale, chard)
5-10 large basil leaves
3/4 cups water
1 tbsp. olive oil
Put all ingredients in a food processor and process well. If you want a smoother pate, process longer. For a slight crunchiness, process a shorter time. Serve in green leaves, nori or on the top of a salad. You can add avocado, sprouts, olives, tomatoes and anything yummy. This also goes great on raw crackers. Enjoy!

Process all ingredients except ‘additional chocolate powder’ in
food processor until smooth and thoroughly combined.
Shape into hearts or press into pan and cut into brownie shapes.
Dust individual bliss kisses with raw chocolate powder on bottom of pan and top of brownies.
or if making hearts, roll them in the powder and refrigerate to stiffen.

Sea Salt, Black Pepper & Cayenne to taste
