Aloha! Have you been feeling the pull to spend time in nature lately? Natural landscapes are soothing and quieting to the soul. We are in a time period in which it is important to commune with Reality through nature. Have you ever noticed how beautiful outdoor spaces are filled with a feeling of peace? They also offer incredible downloads of oxygen and airborne nutrients and of course sunlight.
At this time of shifting on the planet, it is a crucial thing to spend time alone in nature’s quiet places. Here we can check in with ourselves, pay attention to inner promptings and our soul’s calling, and get a reality check on the direction of our lives. We each hold so many divine keys and impulses toward building our world in new and harmonious ways. Also the stilling of the mind is important, just so we can remember to be in the precious gift of the present moment. Mother Nature has built such a beautiful home for us. I want to encourage everyone to spend more time in this gorgeous, life promoting temple that is nature. Life is too precious to spend being endlessly busy, spinning wheels, staying on the computer too long, and striving so hard toward so many things. As the old adage goes, it is important to slow down and take time to smell the roses, and to be in the natural landscapes of our mother planet.
This week’s challenge ::
Commit to spending at least a half an hour alone (all one) in nature this week. Whether you go for a walk or just sit on a rock by a river, or climb a tree or wander through a field of wild flowers, or hike a local mountain, this refreshing release into mother nature’s arms is sure to provide bounteous gifts. Aloha! Have fun with this!
