Aloha! I have just made a super yummy raw vegan miso soup and would love to share it with you. This soup is simple and quick to make, requiring nothing other than a saucepan, a knife, cutting board, veggies, miso, tahini, sea salt and apple cider vinegar.

10 cups water, warm enough that it still doesn’t burn your finger at all
ADD TO WATER AND WHISK
1 tsp. sea salt
3 tbs. miso
1 tbs. sesame tahini
CHOP AND ADD TO WARM WATER/MISO MIX
2 cups red cabbage
1 cup broccoli
1 handful cilantro, basil and other fresh herbs
1 tbs. sesame seeds
