Hi everyone!
I am delighted to have started my 92 Day Juice Feast when Angela Stokes gave a presentation at my local meetup a couple nights ago. I love Juice Feasting because I feel satisfied and can manage the food cravings that are arising.
DAY THREE
I’m noticing cravings for the most recent foods eaten, but when I really think about whether I want to eat them, the answer is clearly NO.
The juices I’m making TASTE soo delicious!
Here are some of my favorites so far:
1. Carrot, Green Apple, Red Chard
2. Green Apple & Broccoli
3. Tomato, Fennel, Carrot, Garlic & Ginger with a dash of Flax Oil and a sprinkling of dulse with cayenne!
My body is feeling a bit achey now, I presume because of the release of old gunk that is starting to be churned out by the fast. I will keep you posted! My whole being is INTO this process. It reall feels like what I need to do to take my body to the next level.

Day 5 of My 92 Day Juice Feast!
Already, friends have commented on how good I look, how much energy I have, and how clear my skin is becoming. I can feel the energy pulsing through my cells, restoring the whole body. I can’t recommend Juice Feasting enough! The achey-ness has gone away, but sometimes I do like to take a small rest. Then I get up totally refreshed and ready for action! I’m using the Breville Juicer. I like it, it’s easy to clean and fast to make juice, therefore I clean it and use it! I’m so grateful to Angela Stokes and David Rain for telling me about Juice Feasting. I have juiced before, and this time with knowing I’ll be juice feasting for an extended period, it feels much more satisfying.
Nice blog! I’m wondering, do you ever use a blender or do you only use a juicer for your juice feast?
I intend to begin Juice Feasting in two weeks. 92 days? I will need lots of knowledge and inspiration.
Thanks for the boost!
Have you looked up Angela Stokes and David Rainoshek’s work? They are the Juice Feasting Superstars!
Ok…now this is interesting. A juice feast. This sounds like the kind of cleansing my entire being needs this year….i like the number 92….i’m curious as to why 92 days? I can definitely do it. (challenge to myself…LOL)…but I’m just curious about how someone arrived at that number of days for the juice feast?
Thanks!
Peace & blessings,
Tameko
